Detailed 6 Days Kerala Tour Itinerary
Places Covered: Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey
- Welcome to Kerala! You will be greeted by our tour manager at the Cochin airport or railway station who will drive you to the hotel.
- Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check-in process, enjoy your welcome drink. And take some rest. This is your leisure day so you can take it slow.
- Head out in the evening for a casual walk and some shopping.
- Gear up for day 2 of your Kerala tour. Freshen up and have a delightful local breakfast.
- You will be heading out to explore Fort Kochi, a lovely and vibrant neighborhood of Cochin city. It is dotted with cute and cosy cafes, shopping stalls, etc. Explore, eat and hangout to enjoy the local vibes.
- Next on your list is Marine drive (also known as APJ Abdul Kalam Marg). It is a 3 km promenade along the backwaters. Rainbow bridge, Chinese fishing net bridge and Kettuvellam bridge are the highlights of this place.

Tour Prices Inclusions and Exclusions:

Tour Price Includes:
- Accommodation cost for the duration of tour.
- On ground transfers from airport/train station to hotel and vice-versa.

- Fuel costs, toll taxes, parking fee, etc related to transportation.

- Cost of air tickets or train tickets
- Meals and beverages other than determined in incorporations.
- Extra stay before or after the tour.
- Personal expenses like telephone charges, porter charges, tips, shopping, etc.
- Any private transfers for internal travel.
- Service or Government taxes.
- Insurance Cover or Medical charges.
- Sudden upgrades in the room category.
- Anything not mentioned in “Tour Price Inclusions.”
Terms & Conditions

1. All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. eKeralaTourism.net
2. Payments: To confirm booked services, an advance payment is required. The balance payment can be paid at the time of departure or upon arrival. The payment, however, must be paid before the beginning of tour services. The management of eKerala Tourism reserves the right to determine how much advance payment should be made.
In special circumstances, like Christmas or New Year's, full advanced payment is required for hotels or resorts bookings.
3. Mode of Payment:
- Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
- Indian Nationals can make payment through Net Banking, UPI, etc.
4. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive cancellation request in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note: Written cancellation is accepted on all working days, except Sunday. The written cancellation request received on Sundays will be considered on the next working day.
Wildlife Safaris Cancellation: All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change requests will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
